Groups and Workshops
Thursday Night Group
John co-leads a Thursday night group with Marisa Kallman in the Westlake area near downtown. This co-ed group uses psychodrama and other action methods to help create a healing community for clients. We work out family of Origin issues and develop new possibilities and new ways of belonging in each weekly session.
Please contact John for more information if you are interested in this dynamic empowering group.
Monthly Men’s Group
For men I have a monthly Men’s Group on a Saturday from 9 AM to 12:30 PM. We warm up to each other and whatever issues the men bring to work on. This group uses psychodrama and group process to help each person in their work. We put into action the stories that have left us neglected, stuck, disbelieving or lost. We then explore and create new choices, new behavior, new meaning to facilitate each member’s healing.
For more information please give me a call or an email.
Other Groups
I also lead two corrective parenting groups weekly with Sarah Blum, ARNP in Auburn, Washington. The group work is emotionally deep and connective. It focuses on giving corrective experiences to clients unmet child needs. Sarah’s website is www.sarahshealinghaven.com
We do several residential workshops a year with John Raven Mosher, MA. The retreats gives us time to build community. Over the two days we can more fully explore and heal our client’s wounding.
In addition, I do psychodrama workshops incorporating John Raven Mosher’s Healing Circle Model. In these workshops I help clients enact their stories and create new endings that give them insight and hope for a better life.
There is the land of the living and the land of the dead. The bridge is love.
