Co-ed Group Therapy
I offer two weekly co-ed therapy groups. They meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:25 to 8:25 PM in my office. The groups are a powerful addition to individual therapy.
We use a variety of approaches including talk therapy and action methods like psychodrama. Psychodrama is used to enact personal stories to gain insights and become more creative to solving life’s challenges. Members identify the groups as being helpful, engaging and interactive.
- Groups are an excellent way to:
- Experience belonging
- Increase trust
- Build relationship skills
- Learn self-acceptance
- Work through grief
- Reduce anxiety
Both weekly groups are facilitated by myself and Marisa Kallman, LMHC. We have been leading groups together for over nine years. Marisa is a dynamic therapist and group leader who brings her passion for personal growth to help our clients grow and prosper.
